Chainsaws we are open 7 days a week (MON-SUN). We are shipping Monday to Friday Australia wide with Australia Post Registered and Express
Post services from Metropolitan Melbourne. We prepare your orders and ship
out guaranteed next business day. Please take extra care, we can’t take responsibility for incorrect delivery information provided when checking out. In this circumstance of an incorrect address, we are not obliged to re-send the item to an alternate address at our expense. Orders usually take up to a maximum of 7 working days depending on your distance from Melbourne although every effort is made on our part to get your order to you sooner. In the event that delivery is delayed, you agree that late delivery does not
constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of the order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from
items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide on all orders. FREE postage on all orders over $55 Incl.GST with Australia Post Parcel Post 3 – 7 days. Express Post – please inquire for us to get you the best price. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a postage tracking number. Tracking information should be available straight away. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of purchase, feel free to contact us by email, please contact us at sales@longerchainsaws.com.au with your purchase order and name and we will follow this through with Australia Post or Courier company.
